Description

A decadent appetizer featuring creamy brie baked until gooey, topped with sweet figs, crunchy pecans, and a drizzle of honey.


Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) wheel of brie cheese
  • 4 fresh figs, quartered
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • Crackers or sliced baguette for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place brie wheel on a small baking sheet or in a brie baker.
  2. Arrange fig quarters and pecans around and on top of the brie. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with thyme.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until brie is soft and slightly melted. Serve immediately with crackers or baguette slices.
