Description
A decadent appetizer featuring creamy brie baked until gooey, topped with sweet figs, crunchy pecans, and a drizzle of honey.
Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) wheel of brie cheese
- 4 fresh figs, quartered
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- Crackers or sliced baguette for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place brie wheel on a small baking sheet or in a brie baker.
- Arrange fig quarters and pecans around and on top of the brie. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with thyme.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until brie is soft and slightly melted. Serve immediately with crackers or baguette slices.
