Description

A quick and flavorful stir-fry featuring tender beef slices, aromatic garlic, and a rich soy-based sauce, all tossed with silky egg noodles for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
  • 8 oz fresh egg noodles
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar to create the sauce.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat, then add beef slices and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove beef and set aside.
  4. In the same wok, add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add bell pepper and broccoli, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Return beef to the wok, pour in the sauce, and toss everything together until well-coated.
  7. Add the cooked noodles and sesame oil, stir-fry for another 2 minutes to combine.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
