Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 4 large carrots, peeled and sliced into sticks
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss asparagus and carrots with olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
