Description

A quick and flavorful one-pan dish featuring seasoned ground beef, fresh vegetables, and Mediterranean herbs, perfect for a healthy weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
  2. Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and zucchini to the skillet. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic, oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Remove from heat and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese before serving.
