Ingredients
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the unbaked pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped pecans, shredded coconut, graham cracker crumbs, and granulated sugar. Stir until well mixed.
- Add melted butter, beaten eggs, vanilla extract, and salt to the dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is set. Let cool completely before serving.
