Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 8 ounces feta cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Wooden skewers (about 4 inches long)
Instructions
- Thread one piece of cucumber, one cube of feta, one cherry tomato half, and one olive onto each skewer, repeating the order as desired.
- Arrange the assembled skewers on a serving platter in a single layer.
- Drizzle the skewers with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with dried oregano and black pepper.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to 30 minutes before serving for a cooler bite.
