Description
Tender seared steak bites in garlic butter served over a bed of rich, creamy Alfredo rigatoni. A comforting and indulgent meal perfect for any night.
Ingredients
- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 12 ounces rigatoni pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook rigatoni according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season steak pieces with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add steak and sear until browned on all sides, about 3-4 minutes. Remove steak from skillet.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens slightly, about 2 minutes.
- Add cooked rigatoni to the sauce and toss to coat. Return steak bites to the skillet and stir gently.
- Top with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
