Description

A sweet and savory side dish featuring crispy roasted sweet potato wedges topped with crumbled feta and a spicy honey drizzle.


Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss sweet potato wedges with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and tender.
  4. While wedges roast, warm honey in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in red pepper flakes and remove from heat.
  5. Transfer roasted wedges to a serving platter. Sprinkle with crumbled feta and drizzle with hot honey. Serve immediately.
