Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth. Stir in cottage cheese, spinach, cheddar cheese, onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
