Description

A fresh and creamy twist on the classic Caprese salad, featuring ripe avocados, juicy tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados, sliced
  • 3 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Arrange the avocado slices, tomato slices, and mozzarella slices on a large serving platter in an alternating pattern.
  2. Tuck the fresh basil leaves between the slices.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
