Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados, sliced
- 3 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Arrange the avocado slices, tomato slices, and mozzarella slices on a large serving platter in an alternating pattern.
- Tuck the fresh basil leaves between the slices.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
