- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter

- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl. Press firmly into a lined 8×8-inch baking pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
