Ingredients
- 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced or torn
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Arrange strawberry slices and mozzarella pieces on a serving platter, alternating and overlapping them.
- Tuck basil leaves between the strawberries and mozzarella.
- Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze over the salad.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
