Description

Ingredients

  • 6 cups mixed salad greens
  • 2 apples (Honeycrisp or Fuji), thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup walnut halves, toasted
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine salad greens, sliced apples, dried cranberries, toasted walnuts, and feta cheese if using.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, and a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
  4. Serve immediately.
