Description

Decadent mini cheesecakes with a graham cracker crust, creamy white chocolate filling, and a sweet blueberry swirl, perfect for elegant gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 ounces white chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons blueberry jam


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press 1 tablespoon into each liner to form crusts.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and melted white chocolate.
  4. Spoon filling over crusts. Swirl in blueberries and blueberry jam with a toothpick.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until set. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
