Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) wheel of brie cheese
- 1/2 cup dried figs, chopped
- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (optional)
- Crackers or sliced baguette for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the brie wheel on a parchment-lined baking sheet or in a small oven-safe dish.
- Top the brie with chopped figs and pecans, pressing gently.
- Drizzle with honey.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the brie is soft and slightly melted inside but still holds its shape.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh thyme if using.
- Serve warm with crackers or baguette slices.
