Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) wheel of Brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup dried figs, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the Brie wheel on a parchment-lined baking sheet or in a small oven-safe dish.
  2. In a small bowl, combine chopped figs, pecans, honey, and balsamic vinegar. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Spoon the fig-pecan mixture evenly over the top of the Brie. If using, sprinkle with fresh rosemary.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is soft and starting to melt slightly.
