Description

A rich and comforting pasta dish featuring cheese-filled ravioli in a creamy garlic sauce with fresh spinach and tangy sun-dried tomatoes.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (oil-packed, sliced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish


Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook ravioli according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. Add spinach and sun-dried tomatoes to the skillet, cooking until spinach wilts, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Gently fold in cooked ravioli, tossing to coat evenly in the sauce. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil.
