Ingredients

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  5. Top with the tomato mixture and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
