Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Crusty bread for serving


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, sun-dried tomatoes, and minced garlic. Let it sit for 15 minutes to infuse flavors.
  2. Stir in the fresh basil, oregano, red pepper flakes if using, and Parmesan cheese.
