Description

A savory flatbread topped with sautéed spinach, mushrooms, and brie, drizzled with a creamy garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made flatbread or pizza crust
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 cups fresh spinach
  • 4 ounces brie cheese, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For Garlic Cream: 1/2 cup heavy cream, 2 cloves garlic (minced), 2 tablespoons cream cheese, 1 tablespoon butter
  • Optional: red pepper flakes


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté until golden, about 5 minutes. Add spinach and cook just until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add garlic for cream, then whisk in heavy cream and cream cheese until smooth. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Place flatbread on a baking sheet. Spread garlic cream over the crust.
  6. Top with mushroom-spinach mixture and arrange brie slices evenly.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
  8. Slice and serve warm. Optionally garnish with red pepper flakes.
