Ingredients

  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  4. In a medium bowl, mix spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  5. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each wonton cup.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until filling is hot and bubbly and edges are golden brown.
  7. Let cool for 2 minutes before removing from pan. Serve warm.
