Description

Crispy wonton cups filled with a creamy, cheesy spinach and artichoke mixture. Perfect as an appetizer or party snack.

Ingredients

  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin.
  2. Press each wonton wrapper into a muffin cup, folding edges to form a cup shape. Brush with olive oil.
  3. Bake for 5-7 minutes, until lightly golden and crisp. Set aside to cool.
  4. In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Stir in spinach and artichoke hearts until well combined.
  6. Spoon the filling into the wonton cups, filling each generously.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until filling is hot and bubbly and tops are lightly golden.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste. For a crispier cup, bake the wontons longer before adding the filling.
