Description
Crispy wonton cups filled with a creamy, cheesy spinach and artichoke mixture. Perfect as an appetizer or party snack.
Ingredients
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin.
- Press each wonton wrapper into a muffin cup, folding edges to form a cup shape. Brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes, until lightly golden and crisp. Set aside to cool.
- In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Stir in spinach and artichoke hearts until well combined.
- Spoon the filling into the wonton cups, filling each generously.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until filling is hot and bubbly and tops are lightly golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can customize the seasonings to taste. For a crispier cup, bake the wontons longer before adding the filling.
