Description
A delightful appetizer combining the classic flavors of spinach and artichoke dip served in crispy wonton cups.
Ingredients
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Press one wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, forming a cup shape. Bake for 5 minutes until lightly golden.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
- Add spinach and artichoke hearts, cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Mix well.
- Fold in the spinach-artichoke mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
- Fill each wonton cup with the mixture. Top with extra mozzarella if desired.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until filling is bubbly and edges are golden. Serve warm.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
