Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked black beans, rinsed
- 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or thawed frozen)
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then brush with olive oil.
- Grill chicken over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through, then let rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly.
- In a small bowl, mix sour cream and lime juice to create a creamy sauce.
- Warm tortillas on the grill or in a skillet for about 30 seconds per side until pliable.
- Assemble wraps by spreading the lime sauce on each tortilla, then layering sliced chicken, black beans, corn, avocado, cheese, and cilantro.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly to form a wrap. Serve immediately.
