Description

A quick and flavorful wrap filled with seasoned shrimp, fresh vegetables, and a zesty sauce, perfect for a light lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp hot sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove from heat.
  3. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lime juice, and hot sauce (if using) to make the sauce.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 20 seconds to make them pliable.
  5. Spread a tablespoon of the sauce on each tortilla, then layer with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, red onions, cilantro, and cooked shrimp.
  6. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly to form a wrap. Serve immediately.
