Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 avocados, sliced
  • 1 mango, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to make the lime-chili sauce. Set aside.
