Ingredients
- 1 pound breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 4 slices bread, cubed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Stir in cooked sausage, diced onion, bell pepper, bread cubes, and half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
- Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with remaining cheeses and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
