Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 10 oz fresh spinach
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook until golden and tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add spinach in batches, stirring until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, then serve immediately.
