Description

A quick and flavorful side dish featuring tender spinach and earthy mushrooms sautéed with garlic and a hint of lemon.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 10 ounces fresh spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms; sauté for 5-7 minutes until mushrooms are browned and tender.
  3. Add spinach in batches, stirring until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Toss well and serve immediately.
