Description

A quick and savory side dish featuring earthy mushrooms and tender spinach, infused with garlic and a hint of lemon.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 10 oz fresh spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden and tender.
  4. Add fresh spinach in batches, stirring until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle with lemon juice. Toss and serve immediately.
