Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound spicy ground sausage
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup diced green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, then drain excess grease.
  2. Reduce heat to low and add the cream cheese, stirring until melted and combined with the sausage.
  3. Mix in the sour cream, cheddar cheese, green chilies, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth and creamy.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, then cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks.
