All the Samoa cookie vibes in one warm, gooey pie—buttery crust, melty chocolate, toasted coconut, and a thick caramel layer.
Ingredients
- 1 9-inch pre-baked pie crust
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut, toasted
- 1 cup thick caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread shredded coconut on a baking sheet and toast for 5-7 minutes until golden, stirring once.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips with heavy cream, stirring until smooth. Pour into the pie crust and spread evenly.
- In a bowl, mix toasted coconut, caramel sauce, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Spoon over the chocolate layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and set. Let cool slightly before serving warm.
