Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed pretzels
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt, plus extra for sprinkling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in crushed pretzels and sea salt until evenly distributed.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough, roll into balls, and place on the baking sheet. Flatten slightly with a fork in a crisscross pattern.
- Sprinkle each cookie with a pinch of sea salt and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
