Description

A decadent chocolate cheesecake with a velvety texture, topped with gooey caramel and crunchy pecans for pure indulgence—perfect for celebrations or a special treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream, vanilla, and cocoa powder until well combined.
  3. Pour filling over crust. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  4. Before serving, drizzle caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with toasted pecans.
