Description
Creamy brie rounds coated in crunchy pistachios, baked until gooey, and drizzled with a sweet-tart raspberry honey glaze. An elegant appetizer perfect for parties.
Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) wheel brie cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup shelled pistachios, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup raspberry preserves
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Crostini or crackers, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix chopped pistachios with salt and pepper. Roll each brie cube in the pistachio mixture, pressing gently to adhere. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the brie is soft and the nuts are lightly toasted.
- While the brie bakes, make the glaze: in a small saucepan over low heat, combine honey, raspberry preserves, and balsamic vinegar. Stir until smooth and warmed through, about 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer baked brie bites to a serving platter. Drizzle with the raspberry honey glaze and serve immediately with crostini or crackers.
