Creamy brie bites coated in crunchy pistachios and drizzled with a sweet-tart raspberry honey glaze, perfect for an elegant appetizer.
Ingredients
- 8 oz brie cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup shelled pistachios, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup raspberry preserves
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Fresh raspberries for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix raspberry preserves, honey, and balsamic vinegar until smooth; set aside.
- Place flour in a shallow dish, beaten egg in another dish, and chopped pistachios in a third dish.
- Coat each brie cube lightly with flour, then dip in egg, and roll in pistachios to cover evenly. Place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until brie is soft and pistachios are golden. Remove and let cool for 2 minutes.
- Drizzle raspberry honey glaze over warm brie bites and garnish with fresh raspberries. Serve immediately.
Notes
You can customize the seasonings to taste. For extra crunch, toast the pistachios slightly before chopping.
