Description

A creamy, tropical cheesecake with a graham cracker crust and pineapple topping, requiring no oven time for an easy and refreshing dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
  • Fresh pineapple slices for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl, then press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in drained crushed pineapple and whipped topping until fully combined.
  4. Spread mixture evenly over the chilled crust. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
  5. Garnish with fresh pineapple slices before serving, if desired.
