Description

A creamy, indulgent peanut butter pie with a chocolate cookie crust, requiring no oven and minimal effort for a perfect dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs (from about 20 cookies)
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, chilled
  • Chocolate shavings or crushed peanuts for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl, then press firmly into a 9-inch pie dish. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to set.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until no streaks remain.
  4. Spoon the filling into the chilled crust, smoothing the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until firm. Garnish with chocolate shavings or crushed peanuts before serving.
