Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs (from about 20 cookies)
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, chilled
- Chocolate shavings or crushed peanuts for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl, then press firmly into a 9-inch pie dish. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to set.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until no streaks remain.
- Spoon the filling into the chilled crust, smoothing the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until firm. Garnish with chocolate shavings or crushed peanuts before serving.
