Description

A quick and easy dessert featuring creamy peanut butter cheesecake rolled into bite-sized balls, coated in graham cracker crumbs for a delightful no-bake treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, divided
  • 1/4 cup melted butter


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat together peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and well combined.
  2. Stir in 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs until fully incorporated into the mixture.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up, then roll into 1-inch balls.
  4. Dip each ball into melted butter, then roll in the remaining 1/2 cup of graham cracker crumbs to coat evenly.
  5. Place the coated balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
