Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, divided
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat together peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and well combined.
- Stir in 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs until fully incorporated into the mixture.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up, then roll into 1-inch balls.
- Dip each ball into melted butter, then roll in the remaining 1/2 cup of graham cracker crumbs to coat evenly.
- Place the coated balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
