Description

Creamy, bite-sized no-bake treats combining the richness of peanut butter and cream cheese with a sweet, crunchy coating. Perfect for parties or a quick snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth and well combined.
  2. Add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Fold in the graham cracker crumbs until evenly distributed.
  4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Freeze the balls for 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  7. Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, then return to the parchment-lined sheet.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
