Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth and well combined.
- Add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until fully incorporated.
- Fold in the graham cracker crumbs until evenly distributed.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze the balls for 30 minutes to firm up.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, then return to the parchment-lined sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
