Description
A rich and creamy cheesecake with a crunchy Oreo crust, swirled with peanut butter, and topped with whipped cream and cookie crumbles—no oven required!
Ingredients
- 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
- Additional Oreo cookies and whipped cream for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos with melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully incorporated.
- Spread the filling evenly over the chilled Oreo crust. Smooth the top with a spatula, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Before serving, garnish with whipped cream, additional Oreo cookie crumbles, and whole cookies if desired. Slice and enjoy!
