Description

A light and creamy dessert featuring fluffy whipped topping folded with velvety cream cheese and sweet cherry pie filling—no baking required, just chill and scoop for an easy, refreshing treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
  • Graham cracker crumbs or crushed cookies for serving (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, beating until fully combined and no lumps remain.
  3. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until the mixture is uniform and fluffy.
  4. Spoon the cherry pie filling into the bottom of a serving dish or individual cups, then top with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set. Serve chilled, optionally sprinkled with graham cracker crumbs.
