Description

Easy and creamy individual cheesecake cups with a graham cracker crust, requiring no baking and perfect for quick desserts.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Fresh berries for topping


Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined, then press into the bottom of serving cups.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  4. Spoon cheesecake filling over crust in cups, smooth tops, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  5. Top with fresh berries before serving.
