A delightful fusion of creamy cheesecake and classic crème brûlée, featuring a graham cracker crust and a caramelized sugar topping.
Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of each liner.
- Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and sour cream.
- Divide batter among liners. Bake for 20-25 minutes until set. Cool completely, then chill for at least 2 hours.
- Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over each cheesecake. Use a kitchen torch to caramelize until bubbly and golden.
