Description

A delightful fusion of creamy cheesecake and classic crème brûlée, featuring a graham cracker crust and a caramelized sugar topping.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of each liner.
  3. Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and sour cream.
  4. Divide batter among liners. Bake for 20-25 minutes until set. Cool completely, then chill for at least 2 hours.
  5. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over each cheesecake. Use a kitchen torch to caramelize until bubbly and golden.
