Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- 2 slices whole grain bread, toasted
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Crack eggs into the skillet and cook to your preference (sunny-side up or over easy), seasoning with salt and pepper.
- While eggs cook, arrange sliced avocado, Kalamata olives, cherry tomatoes, and feta cheese on a plate.
