Description
A quick and healthy wrap filled with seasoned chickpeas, creamy feta, fresh veggies, and tangy tzatziki sauce – perfect for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup tzatziki sauce
- 2 large flour tortillas or pita wraps
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine chickpeas with olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Heat in a skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 10 seconds to make them pliable.
- Spread tzatziki sauce down the center of each tortilla.
- Divide the seasoned chickpeas, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, olives, and feta cheese evenly between the tortillas.
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll tightly to form a wrap. Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
You can customize the seasonings to taste. Add fresh mint or dill for extra flavor, or swap in grilled chicken for chickpeas.
