These indulgent bars feature a creamy cheesecake layer topped with a crunchy, buttery pecan streusel, all on a graham cracker crust. Perfect for holidays or special occasions.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the pan to form the crust.
- Beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over crust.
- In a bowl, combine pecans, flour, brown sugar, and cold butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over cheesecake layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
