Description

These indulgent bars feature a creamy cheesecake layer topped with a crunchy, buttery pecan streusel, all on a graham cracker crust. Perfect for holidays or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the pan to form the crust.
  3. Beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over crust.
  4. In a bowl, combine pecans, flour, brown sugar, and cold butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over cheesecake layer.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
