Description

A decadent dessert combining fudgy brownie, creamy cheesecake, and crunchy toppings in individual servings.


Ingredients

  • 1 box fudge brownie mix (plus required oil and eggs)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions. Fill each muffin cup halfway with batter.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Spoon about 1 tablespoon over each brownie layer.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate chips and walnuts over the cheesecake layer.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until set. Let cool completely before removing from tin.
  6. Top with whipped cream and a cherry before serving.
