Description

A decadent dessert combining fudgy brownie, creamy cheesecake, and chocolate chips in a single-serve cup, perfect for indulgent treats.


Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix (plus required oil, eggs, and water)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Whipped cream for topping (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line 12 muffin cups.
  2. Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions and divide evenly among muffin cups, filling each about halfway.
  3. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Spoon cheesecake mixture over brownie batter in each cup, spreading gently.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until set. Let cool completely before serving, topped with whipped cream if desired.
