Ingredients
- 4 cups cubed seedless watermelon (1-inch cubes)
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons hot honey (or 2 tbsp honey + 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes)
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
Instructions
- Arrange watermelon cubes on a serving platter in a single layer.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese evenly over the watermelon.
- Drizzle hot honey over the top, followed by lime juice.
- Scatter sliced mint leaves over the dish.
- If desired, add a pinch of salt before serving. Serve immediately or chill briefly.
